HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FREE ADMISSION TICKET
Claim your free admission ticket to Grandstand Level 1 for the Queen Elizabeth II Cup in two simple ways:
1. Online: Register and follow the easy steps to secure your admission ticket digitally. It’s quick, convenient, and ensures you won’t miss out on this historic event.
2. Onsite: Prefer a more personal touch? Swing by our Club to claim your free admission ticket in person. Tickets are available for collection at the Club on 18 August, 25 August, 1 September and 7 September from 11am to 5pm. Our friendly ticketing officers will be happy to assist you.
Ticket Eligibility
- Access: The free admission ticket provides access exclusively to Grandstand Level 1.
- Age Criteria: Anyone below the age of 18 will not be admitted into the Club’s Grandstand during a race day. All persons, regardless of age, must have a valid admission ticket to enter the Club during a race day.
- Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the registered attendee.
Prepare for Race Day Admission
Patrons attending the Queen Elizabeth II Cup on 7 September 2024 are advised to arrive early before the first race which is scheduled to start at 12.30pm. Admission commences from 11am. Enhanced entry screening measures will be implemented at the Club for the race day.
Entry at MRT Plaza or Taxi Drop Off
For ease of entry into the Club, patrons are advised to have your admission tickets ready for admission at point of entry.
Entry Requirements
Please ensure you are dressed appropriately to expedite entry into the Club. The dress code during the race day for Grandstand Level 1 patrons is casual wear. Find out more about the dress code here.
Admission ticket checks will be conducted. Only admission tickets redeemed from the Club’s authorised ticketing partner, Gevme, are valid for entry to Grandstand Level 1. To expedite security checks, patrons should not carry the following items:
- Alcohol
- Pets or animals
- Any item that could be used as a weapon
- Chairs/stools
- Fireworks and sparklers
- Glass (including bottles)
- Food and drink (except for one clear plastic bottle of soft drink or mineral water of no more than 600ml)
- Remote controlled crafts and drones
- Any item prohibited by legislation
